Check my post in here:

EDIT: BTW, depending on where/what you use it for; some places may give you crap or not allow a 4 point.

well i only track it on track days like club days, not a hardcore racer. I plan on getting a roll bar in the future. So i could use the stock bolting places where the seat belt use to bolt?

I use a M2 strut bar for my shoulder straps.

As far as the lap belts, I use the snap in style belts & anchor the standard three point belt with the eye bolt (same size & thread pitch).

Then on track days I install the lap belts.

I have a 5 point harness & use floor mat retainer stud to anchor the anti-sub strap.
I had a special shouldered washer with a smaller hole made to bolt it in.
I just shove the belt under the seat when not in use.

Best thing to do with stock seats is use a 6 point harness. A 5 point won't fit correctly because the crotch strap must go out over the front of the seat rather than straight down to the floor. The purpose of the crotch straps is to prevent the buckle from riding up your body when the shoulder straps are loaded. Of course a 4 point has no way to prevent this and it will ride up; that's why they are frowned on.

Replace the stock bolts for the lap belt with eyebolts for snap in hardware. For a 6 point both your lap and crotch straps mount to the same bolts. You lay the croth straps on the seat and then sit on top of them before buckling up.

I'm not sure I'd recommend doing the same, but I had an upholstery shop cut and reinforce a slit in my R1 seat for the 5 pt antisub strap (which should go as straight down as possible, NOT over the front of the seat). Works great.

If I were to do it again, I would save the original seat and just get an aftermarket seat for track days...
