It all boils down to this.....some people know how to run a business and some people dont. Its a simple as that.

If anyone want to start a business I'd be glad to consult for free parts!!!!

You know whats the fastest way to tell if a owner knows what he's doing business wise??? Look at his accounting system and dig thru his "books"

tee hee - oil gaskets

You know why M2 doesn't change? Because despite all the countless posts over the years (here and on the big list) complaining about their customer service, they still have more orders than they can fill in a timely manner. People wait months and months for a part, but we still line up for the stuff. As long as we continue to buy from them, they won't feel the consequences. Some guy waits 5 months for a part? **** 'em, thirty more people will order something tomorrow. Would most responsible people run a business that way? Hell no. But Brian does and he gets away with it and we let him.

Personally, I believe M2 just grew way too fast after the whole Sport Compact Car thing. Brian suddenly had to deal with hundreds and hundreds of new customers on top of the service shop, and he just wasn't ready. Someone said why not hire sales reps, managers, etc. Well M2/Mostly Mazda is Brian's baby, and he is a control freak. That's why the only employees he has kept for a substantial period of time are his brother and wife. I can't blame the guy for wanting to have his hands in every aspect of the company, but at a certain point, he should've stopped and asked himself what was best from a business standpoint. M2 still does have great potential, but I don't know if it will ever be fully tapped.

See, it's all Shiv's fault.
