Question Engine Block Coolant Drain

Is it recommended to drain the engine block coolant when flushing the fluid? It would make sense to drain all the old fluid out but I did not see anything on this in the manual. I'm going to install a mazda comp radiator this weekend so please advise.

Thanks

Yep, drain everything out you can get. You know where the block drain is above the oil pan on the drivers side?

I would drain it there too because you want to get it all out. I did but I have not filled my system back up. What is the correct torque for that drain plug since it does not state it in the manual?

I dunno what the torque is. There is a crush washer there so I just snug it down like my oil drain plug. Granted, everyone always overtightens those too.
