If you're standing at the front of the car looking into the engine bay it will be just to the left of your master cylinder on the firewall...

The knock sensor, in the standard location, will be above the front trailing spark plug.

I was reading a thread about the GM map sensor before hand. I guess I was too enticed by it . Anyway, you'll likely find the KNOCK sensor on the front rotor housing. Though I've seen them on the rear housing also...

like mahjik said. above the trailing (top) spark plug in the front rotor housing on the left side of the engine bay. its a stubby brass kinda colored thing with one black wire leading out of it. it can be removed by simply unthreading it to the left.
