First thing, go buy the Mazda RX-7 Shop Maintenance manual or some other equivalent.

Second thing, read and study it like your life depends on it (well it does at 100+mph).

Third thing, now you have the right to ask questions if you can't find the answers.

The injectors are pretty buried. You have to remove the extension manifold, the coil packs, and the solenoid rack. If your car doesn't have new vacuum hoses, this would be a good time to do it. I just did this on my car last week, and also replaced all injector o-rings. Once you get all this stuff out, you should probably remove the fuel distributors, and then remove the injectors from the distributors when they're out of the car.

Don't forget to install NEW O-rings.
And more than likely, the only place you can find them is from Mazda.
And all 8 shuld cost around $100. yeah, for Orings!
make sure you mark all the lines so you know where they all go when you need to put it back together -

is the extension manifold the same thing as the upper intake manifold? I know this has to be removed to do the vac lines.
