water hose hooked to a port sticking out on the top side the water pump body. The port faces towards the rear, it snakes down and over to a hard line up in the middle of the bay, where does this end connect to?

yup, hardline feeds to underneath the TB, then moves from the rear of the TB down to the rear iron. We delete the TB coolant on most modified/performance builds at the shop.
