Help! Installing a megan racing radiator. what to do with the ast?

I'm Installing a Megan racing radiator. there is no exit for the AST. so what do i do with the AST? my friend said he can adapt a exit for the ast at the lower radiator exit. is that a good choice? any help is appreciated.

Weld a nipple to the radiator or delete the AST are the options.

Seems like eliminating the AST would be the logical choice under the circumstances.
From the FAQ sticky:
