where does this heat shield go?

where does this heat shield go?

I know it goes: 1) under the car, 2) likely over the cat. But I do not see any corresponding holes in the chassis or studs for that matter. Neither the shop or parts manuals show a specific location. Maybe it connects to the cat or to one of the cross members?

It attaches to the ppf to cover where the driveshaft goes into the trans. If you look in that area you'll see the 2 holes where that will mount.

Thanks guys. Someone mentioned PPF (elsewhere) but it didn't register on me for whatever reason. I can stop looking under the car (where the PPF isn't right now).
