It's for the egr on Cali. cars. It goes nowhere on other models.

I think if you had an auto that would plug in to sensor. If you have a stick it just kinda flops around and looks like you forgot to hook it up to something. hehe

It could be the connection for the metering oil pump. I just put one in my 93 FD the other day & this connector looks the same & is in the same place.

Blue connector goes no where .. don't worry about .. an no it is not for oil metering pump .. that plug is not near there.
