Where Did You Mount Your Boost Controller in Your Engine Bay

I'm installing my Boost controller and was wondering where you installed the boost controlling unit in your engine bay. Please post pics.

Thanks,
Jason

It's Electronic. I can barely see it in your pic... It's kinda dark. Not sure if I'm looking at the right thing or not.

First of all I'm assuming that you are running the stock twins? If I'm correct in that assumtion then mount it in the front of the car. There is a threaded hole right by the coolant hose that runs to the rad on the passanger side head light wall. I just bolted the solinoid there because its nice and close to the wastegate.

Crazy, the stock air box would be there normally so a electronic solenoid box wont fit there. Any other spots?

This is kind of an old pic, but mine is the big black box inbetween the washer fluid cap and the air filters. Greddy Profec B (old style)

Awesome, thanks for the replies. Tomorrow I'll take a closer look at all the spots mentioned and see how they will work out.

I mounted the solenoid near the ABS, because I couldn't find a good place around the shock tower.

Washer fluid reservoir is located next to the battery... but I'm sure everyone knows what you mean.

Sorry about that... I got a few more that I found that might show it better. It's basically in the same spot as AgentSpeed.

I mounted mine on the back of the UIM by the TB where the ISC was located. With the ISC, AWS, and wax rod removed there was plenty of room.

The consencis is to have the sloenoid closest to the waste gate as you can, and in cooler spot of the bay (i know there is no real cool spot). Back behind the UIM is a little far and not getting any air from the mouth of the car no??

Ya you want it the closest you can to the wastegate and the coolest part of the engine bay. But sometimes its hard to do. Now I have a GT35R single so I had to mount the solinoid on the firewall near the ABS unit. Its not the coolest part of the engine bay but its the closest to the wastegate.
