there is if u have two different boost settings. hard to change if u gonna race from a light..if u gotta open your glove box and change it..

i would think about under your head unit..somewhere in your center consol?

or under your steering column

I mounted my Profec B Spec II on top of my steering column so i could switch from low boost to high boost in a second. This is also good to have it mounted facing in front of you so you could keep tabs on ur boost pattern (like a gauge) and notify you if you happen to boost past ur desired limit (screen flashes red and lowers boost back down to a safe level).

I put the Blitz SBC-iD and Power Meter iD under my aftermarket stereo (Single DIN) on the outside of the flipdown door of the storage compartment. Its a good place and the storage bin is now hidden away very nicely.

I put my profec b in the ac vent below the steering colum. Worked great, fit right in and easy to get to and kinda hidden since it's below everything

Here's mine. I put my Blitz dcbc on the steering column & the timer on the lower left side
It's not very flashy, so I'm figuring that will deter potential thieves. I use my din compartment for stuff, and i don't want anything wedged behind it.

Mine is stuffed between the drivers seat and the tranny tunnel (ProfecB). It's out of sight to pretty much everyone except the driver, and it's easy to change the settings when I'm strapped in.

Ok, are the newest versions of the AFC and AVC the ones with the square displays? Those are the ones shown on www.apexi.com, but rx7store.net shows a different looking Super AFC. http://www.rx7store.net/index.asp?Pa...ROD&ProdID=250

Profec-b on the upper column cover. Easier to dial setting with an a-pillar guage by yourself and not run off the road.

The AVC-R is still the same, but they came out with the Super-AFC II about two years ago that looks like what you're seeing. Dunno if they're gonna update the AVC-R with the new case.

Mine is mounted kinda like your TT. The only difference is that there is a small vent under there. I pulled that out and put it in there. Fits nice and snug. No alterations.

It's a blitz sbc lakdf something......... Looks just like your BC (prolly same- i have the single solenoid version)

You can't see it but I check the peaks everyonce in a while or after a good hard run.

I'm going for the completely stock look for interior.

I had it mounted the same way in my TII b/c it also has a vent in same location.

Maxcooper, your setup looks really clean. How do u like the apex boost controller now that you had it a bit longer? Are you satisfied with it?
