Where did you guys mount your TII leading coil?

Trying to get an idea where to mount my TII leading coil. Where have you guys mounted yours?

Moved them all to the corner by the brake booster.

yup, thats pretty much the same spot i've seen them mounted in. I guess no cruise control makes it a good spot, plus its away from the engine's heat.

Mine is in the same spot.

My trailing coil maybe shot is it possible to also use TII trailing coils on an FD.

I have the coils below the brake cylinder in front of the booster This area has been used for several set ups . Three motorcycle coils ,two motorcycle coils and the sec gen leading coil, two blue Jacobs coils and the sec gen coil, two blue Jacobs and a Dis coil .Now there are four Jacobs C-4 coils there . The plug wires are short so low resistence,using MSD 40 ohms per foot .The only draw back is that I must change the plugs from the bottom,but the job is easy .

I am pretty sure it won't and there is no point putting it back there IMO. Relocating the coils reduces heat under the UIM and makes it alot easier to access.

Yeah but then you need to get long *** ugly wires.

My longest ugly *** wire is about seven inches long . It is on one of the leading coils and can not be seen from the top .

The stock coils are expensive and the 2nd gen coil will last and put out more voltage .
