how do i get the pressure plate off

lame lame i know but hey some guys arent born with the knowledge and ive tried searching without luck so here i am with another Q

im trying to get the pressure plate off the input shaft (i think thats what its called) but it seems like the throwout bearing is still connected to the fork or the PP is connected to it or something.... the pressure plate wont come out.

whats the best way to get it off?

second question

when putting the motor back with the tranny in the car what do i have to do other than line the little stick up to the little holeand insert?

A good manual shows all of this and is the first tool you should have bought after buying the car.
