We keep the threads together so that way people don't make the same suggestions in every thread. It helps people know what you have been doing to find/fix the problem. If you post a thread saying "I have a lot of smoke", someone is going to ask you to check your codes. However, you've already done that in another thread. Keeping all the information for your problem progress in one place keeps people from re-suggesting the same troubleshooting tips over and over.
