where can i purchase a 99 spec transmission

hey guys i am wondering where i can purchase a low mileage 99 spec transmission. Hopefully somewhere around Fl. Does it bolt right up and is there any modification required to using it on a 93? Well shoot me a link or a phone number...thanks guys and peace out

There are tow kinds of 99 spec transmissions. On RB's and R's the final ratio is 4.100 on RS, RZ, Type R Bathurst, and Spirit R's Type A and B the final gear is 4.300. This is just for the reference, i live in Europe so i don't know where you can buy one in the States.

Aren't those ratio's for the rear differential gears??

93BLACKFD where did you purchase yours? well yeah those are the final gear ratios which i am pretty sure have to do with the ring and pinion gears ...well all i want is to find some place that imports these 99 spec transmissions so i can buy one..thanks and peace out

Why not call Ray Crowe at Malloy and see if he can get one? I don't know if dealers can get 99 spec parts, but it might be possible.

The forum member jt-imports does all kinds of parts importing to the states, try him too.
