Cruise control unit in engine bay. Anyone have it?

Hey FD gurus! I have a simple question. I just got my first FD and trying to figure out what this connector is for. I'm not sure what it was supposed to control if anything. Can anyone help? My car is a 94 FD touring version.

Thanks!
Mike

that would be for the cruise control, which appears to be missing in your picture

Not the right section to discuss sourcing parts but you should make sure your car originally had cruise. If not, you’d still need the on/off power button on the dash hood, the control buttons on the steering wheel and the cruise control module behind the LHD driver’s kick panel. It’s all plug n play though, just like that actuator.

Hey thanks for the input! You're totally right. I'll make sure to go to the appropriate section.

In another note, I imported the car from another provence (I'm located in Canada). That's why I'm now seeing some things that were never shown to me when I initially purchased the car. The car has everything for the cruise except whats missing in the engine bay but I'll have the check for the module like you say in the passer side.

Anyway thanks for all the help guys. Learning about this car as I go!

Mike
