Unhappy Part Missing in my RX7 FD Engine Bay

Hello guys,

I owned my RX7 a year ago so still am kinda new to it and still learning, and i just noticed that there's something missing next to the Igniter, Plus there's an unplugged plug coming from the same wiring of the MAP boost sensor, my RX7 is a 1994 USDM with a 1993 JDM Engine.

I've attached a photo, i really don't know what it is actually , we didn't have RX7s here in OMAN - Middle east and were never been released in the Middle East, they just started importing some from the USA and Japan since 2005 and swapping it immidiately with a 1JZ or a 2JZ, they say Rotaries are Complicated!!!!, and stopped bringing RHD ones in 2007 by the Police because of swapping issues and accidents, Anyway Long Story short...

Can anyone please tell me what's the Part missing next to the igniter?

Replys are highly appreciated.

Thanks ^^

Some FD's didn't come with cruise control stock, that's totally normal. My R2 didn't, I added it though.

^Yes, I had my cruise control module fail before. Just replaced it with a used one for $15 bucks. People are always ditching CC so the parts are cheap.

The cable will go underneath the intake elbow to the throttle-body. It will attach to a small pulley on the throttle-body that's nearly identical to a pulley used by the accelerator cable, except that it will attach from the opposite direction.
Really, it should be a bit intuitive. Maybe you should take your car to a technician and have it done.

Look where the throttle cable connects to the throttle body. When the car is not running, rotate this part of the throttle all the way counter-clockwise (when standing at the front of the car, looking toward the engine bay). You'll find a spot for the cruse cable to lock in.

Check out this pic: this is the part that you need to rotate in order to get it aligned so you can attach the cruise cable:

Yes, i've seen it, they're actually two, one is for the throttle cable and the other one is for the cruise cable (same as in the photo i attached), it's really hard to get it attached, since now i know where should the cable be, it will be easier to explain to the mechanic.

Thanks

Nothing about the FD cruise control system is particularly special or specific to the rotary. Any mechanic or auto tech could hook up the actuator and cable.
