What's a good target intake temp?

my Commander was showing 30 degrees celsius tonight on a fully-warmed up engine. Is that pretty decent? I'm using an open intake...would opening up the (blocked off) oil cooler section and routing some dryer hose up to my intake help reduce those temps? Weather was a bit chilly tonight....in the 40's

I see that when cruising on the highway when temps are in the 60s. What kind of IC do you have? If stock, then that's pretty damn good.

anything in the 30s or 40s is great...I've seen as high as 70 (eep!) while sitting in traffic and the M2 large heat soaks...

Stock IC, yeah. It will get up to 50 during the day in stop/n/go traffic but its usually in the 30-40 range. Very strange.
