What wire is this?

Sorry for yet another noob question. I'm pulling stuff out and see this write dangling around. Not sure if I accidentally pulled something apart but what is this wire/ tube for? And what does it connect to?
Thanks in advance

Looks like it's suppose to be attached here but doesn't connect. Or at least i couldn't connect them

Blown up of above pic

Looks like you have a broken 1 way check valve I cant really tell where it's coming from in your picture.

But If its connected to that large black box(the pressure chamber) then it is supposed to run over to one of the y pipe nipples.

But it does not connect to that black breather filter

Here is a vacuum diagram of the car.

If you have never gone through any of them before it's easy to quickly get in over your head be careful.

Yep, it's not a wire. It looks like STOCK check-valve that did what many eventually do. Brown color kinda throws me though. The whole body of the valve will look a lot like the greenish one in the background of your pictures. Look for the corresponding end probably with a vacuum hose still attached. Then contact a member here named DaleClark for replacement viton check valves that are much more robust and have barbed ends.

Yep, broken stock check valve. That will prevent your second turbo from coming online, this is a common failure mode for those check valves.

The check valves is kind of shaped like an arrow, and if you use the vacuum diagram there are arrows showing flow direction on that diagram.

In this example #2 is correct.
