What wheels to buy this season??

Here is a pic of my car the way it sits now, my old rims are sold and I'm looking for a new set, however I have no idea what's new and hot. Any ideas or opinions would be appreciated. Feel free to post pics.

No, really I would go for something one of the new wheels VOLK has out or coming out. I think something with a gunmetal finish would look good.

I am HIGHLY leaning towards the gunmetal Volk LE37's. I'm trying to find a picture of them for those who don't know what they look like.

Or maybe these...the Volk GTA's

or these...always one of my favorites, the Advan Model 5's

The only thing is, I'm looking for a three piece.

Your car looks nice, but you defintely need some wheels asap! and maybe the foglights for your APEXi bumper. I think these are the VOlk LE37Ts maybe they are the TE37s..im not sure, but here is a pic of them in gunmetal.

Those look like the LE's to me Cetchup. I am in love with those for some reason. I always wanted TE's but then I saw those and fell in love.

seriously though...dont get a set of rims just because they are "new and hot". get whatever you like. personally, i think Volk LE-37Ts and Kinesis K58Rs look AMAZING on silver FDs. and those two wheels just happen to be very lightweight, strong, and race-oriented.

just my .02

There are many with less than five, such as all the tri-stars put out by Advan, Volk, and Panther . I actually like the tristars, but cant bring myself to put them on the car because the average person wont appreciate them.

3 Letters HRE! The anodized 545's......they will cost you some serious coin though. Around 1200 each!

Isn't anyone concerned with unsprung, not to mention rotating weight on their vehicles?

I can't claim to be an expert on wheels and the various weights - but personally unless I find something out I don't know now - I will be going to the 17" Mazda Rims that come on the new rx7s because they are so light. Kinda like the 16s that came on the 3rd gens in america - lighter than anything I know of.

Does anyone know of wheels that are lighter than or close to the OEM rx7 wheels - 16" or 17"?
