As per the title, anyone know how much oil the OMP dispenses on ad FD, and in relation to the revs?

I'm not sure how to answer your question...or if there is an answer. As you suggested, it's RPM sensitive. IIRC, the OMP sensor works from 1 to 5v, depending on input from the ECU. The higher the voltage, the more oil is injected. So "how much" is dependent on how hard you run the car.
