What throwout bearing do i need?

So, i have no idea if i still have a stock clutch or not. I was wondering if the oem throwout bearing will work for any clutch or if i am going to have to pull everything, figure out what clutch i have, and then order parts.

An OEM style throwout bearing is the only type that will work with the stock trans. There is no reason to upgrade it as they last a relatively long time. I only replace them when doing a clutch or when the motor is out.

I have this strange noise whenever the clutch isnt pressed to the floor. So, im figurings its the pilot bearing, but im going to replace the throwout as well for good measure. Then its on to changing the rear diff mounts. Fun stuff ahead for me, and empty pockets

Most likely the pilot bearing. Or, the noise can be in the trans itself.

If you have everything apart, it won't hurt to replace the throw out bearing. Mine was also a bit noisy afer I replaced it, and it was a brand new OEM bearing.

I have the same noise when the clutch is pressed and after replacing my pilot bearing last weekend due to causing my clutch to not disengage and I still have that noise.
