What are these two wire clusters

OK, I have the nose off of my car to start fitting a FMIC, and there are two white plastic wiring clusters that are bolted to the bumper support (they're cicled in red). Anyone know what they are? They appear to be grounded, so can I just move them to another spot on the chassis? Or do they really need to be there?

Thanks

Common grounding points. You can move them anywhere on the chassis.

Make sure they are grounded well or very strange problems will occur.

Just cause he is faster and more reliable doesn't make him a bad guy!! ( That should jump start this thread)

Looking forward to next year for mine!! Is that the FMIC from your single set up that "was" going in the car?

Oh yeah, What Jim said. Common grounding point.

That's what I thought until I looked at them closer.

Thanks guys, I'll just move them out of the way then.
