what are these two lines for? are they necassary for non seq opereration

They are not part of the turbo control system. The one on the left goes to the Oil Metering injectors, so don't disable that unless you're already premixing. The one on the right goes to the LIM to help atomize fuel injection - leave that one alone regardless.

Not to be contrary, but the one on the right gos to the oil filler neck, and is part of the PCV system. But as dgeesaman said, it not part of the turbo control system.

Gadd has it right.

One line supplies filtered air to the tops of the oil injectors. You could go without it but the oil injectors would receive unfiltered air if you did so (not recommended).

The other goes straight to the oil filler neck and acts as a crankcase vent. The primary turbo inlet is the only location where there is vacuum present 100% of the time so the vent connects there.

Yes, they are both necessary even for non-sequential operation.

so that hose that goes to the oil filler neck...i can put my greddy oil catch can on it right?
