It all depends what kind of suspension and wheels and tires you have. If you tires arn't balanced properly then your car will shake. I have had mine up to 250kph without any shaking or vibrating. It was solid at that speed. If I had more ***** and more road I would have seen how fast she would go.

my car gets a shake at about 65 cuz some fool hit my car at a party. thing is, they only hit the wheel. so I have a hop in the wheel now. then the jerk took off so I couldn't get there insurance! anyone have a stock wheel for sale?
before that, my car felt a little uneasy at 14-, around the fastest I've taken it. or maybe it was just me feeling uneasy? The car actually felt confident still.

If your car shakes, then you need a balance and/or and alignment.
Your question shouldn't be "when does your car shake"
Your question should be "Why does MY car shake"

at 155 the only thing that stopped me from going faster was the fact that it takes a while to accelerate from that speed.
I didn't want to be going 150+ for over 30 seconds in a row
Didn't notice any problems with the car but I was worried that at that speed my shitty tires could kill me
Is it safe you think to be doing that on kumhos?

I noticed severe buffetting at 140. Of course both windows were down... Could even see the hood shaking. But the wheels were in balance (the steering wheel was steady) so it seems like turbulence was the cause of the shaking in my case.

Shaking?
Solid at 160+ mph. If you are getting shaking at any speed, you have a problem- wheels out of balance/alignment, driveshaft problems, bent wheel, etc. Best get the problem fixed. Losing control at triple digit speed will be something you will always remember- if you live through it.

My car feels as smooth at 160 mph as my daily driver Acura at 55 mph. I go up over 150 pretty frequently and I've never felt that the car was shaking at all.
