What size belt after the AC pump is removed?

I'm going to trash my A/C pump very soon, since all the rest of the A/C components are gone long time ago.

So as the title says, what size belt I will need?
Where can I get one, do locals carry that size?

Any input is highly appreciated.

If you dont run the a/c compressor, you will have to get rid of the power steering too, which you should do anyhow. That way you just eliminate the entire belt all togeather!

I hope you are joking about "having"to remove the P/S as well.. Because that is complete crap if you are serious. I do NOT have either( and recommend removing the p/s as well) for the sake of saving argument. But just to clarify the forum mistruths before they get too far spun.

That belt # is with stock main and p/s pulleyAnd tensioner of course

I live in freaking manhattan, you know hard would be to park a car with wide tires like the FD without PS, I was thinking of doing it though.

I have one from when I eliminated my A/C but kept P/S... Now I ditched P/S so I dont need it anymore lol.

The belt maybe has 100 miles on it if that. Will ship it for 8$

Let me know,
Mitch

You don't HAVE to remove the P/S. I just said I would. Now considering you live in the city, that may be a bit rough........lol..........But it does clean up the engine bay quite a bit without it.

I know what you ment even the first time, as much as I'd love to dich that bastard same as the air pump and the a/c compressor and clean up the engine bay some more, it would be very hard to park around here, even though I park in a garage I need to make full circles inside sometimes to make it in my spot when the garage is packed, gets tuff even with PS never mind without it. lol...

just use a string to run the path of the belt and then measure it to see how many inches it is to complete the loop. I belive its 35 if I can remember right, I still have p/s with no a/c and everything is fine.
