Shooting someone is perfectly legal in plenty of cases, especially if they're on your property.

He wasn't even stealing anything, just tresspassing. He didn't understand when she told him to freeze, and she shot him.

Guess what? It was perfectly legal.

Don't bring the 2nd amendment into this? Are you on crack?

It's one thing if you don't agree with it, it's another thing entirely to pretend it doesn't exist.
