What 's FD stock boost?
0.7kg^cm2 was what I've had when the car was stock. My boost started to drop slowly over long period of time and this was fixed by following....
These mods are "under liablility mod"
-change intercooler pipes to greddy 3 piece pipe kit
-change intercooler to greddy smic
-change turbo manifold gasket
-change vaccum hoses
From what I've heard they are prone to break and leak boost over time.

1 bar is 14.503psi , 1 atmosphere is 14.7 psi
10psi = .690 bar (10psi * (1 bar/14.503psi))
8psi = .552 bar (8psi * (1 bar/14.503psi))
Edit: max boost should be 10psi (.690 bar) , transition boost (@4500rpm) should be 8psi (.552 bar)

how can I check if i want to see, over 3000 rpm for the 1st turbo and then the 2nd turbo? for over 4500? i did some mod on my car, i have front mount intercooler Hks, HKS twin air filter, hks twin power. light weight pulley, stock twin. about used around 70000 miles, do you guys think that is the problem, the turbo is too old..
Assuming you are tapping the boost gauge into the nipple on the upper intake manifold, you are going to be measuring the pressure seen at that location. The intercooler will affect the pressure seen there, as will the piping. Check for pipe leaks at all the joints.
There is no method that I know of to measure the actual boost produced by each turbocharger while still using the stock y-pipe. If you're afraid your intercooler is the problem, put the stock IC back on and test that. If you think the turbos are bad, you should have someone look at them.
Boost is also a function of your exhaust flow, are you still using the factory pre-cat, or do you have a downpipe? The stock precat is known to clog between 50-75k miles, yours might be causing a problem if it's in there still.
