What to replace if new turbos going in?

Anyone have some reasonable, cost effective improvements while the turbos are being replaced? I am thinking along the lines of "anything" that really can't be tackled unless they are out. Hoses, lines, etc? Please be specific if you can. Maybe even chime in with costs.

Thanks...
K

Nothing really on that side except for the turbos. You can replace the manifold gaskets

you could replace the lower intake manifold gasket if you have the turbos out already. removing the turbos is a requirement for taking the LIM off anyways. if you take off that you should...

replace injector o-rings
replace vaccuum hoses
replace fpr and fpd
test solenoids

it all depends on how many miles are on the car or if there is something else wrong. doing these are a rather daunting task for a newbie though. definitely replace the coolant hoses for the turbo though.

Thanks. I would not be attempting myself by any means but want some idea of what can/should be done to save myself headaches going forward.

And about 78k (miles) on the car.

Just take it to Garfinkle and stay with him or stay with me for a few days. You know he will treat you well and do a good job .

I agree Garfinkle is a good man, who does awesome work, but Canada to TN is a long way to go while towing the car, and a bit over the top for turbo replacement if you ask me. Surely there is a close place.

As far as what you should do while the turbos are out, I suggest:
Non-seq (save yourself the trouble of the seq system)
Vacuum lines
Downpipe, if not done already, along with intake pipes or filters, or both (dont need to remove turbos for either of those, just easier to do while they're out because you have to put the old stuff back on anway, so why not just put on the new stuff?)
