Just installed my Greddy Sp Exhaust!
Wow! What a difference from the stock exhaust! Sounds a lot meaner. The install only took about a hour and a half by myself, I have no firends Here are some pics...

I bought the exhaust from www.horsepowerfreaks.com for $500.00 and recieved it 8 days. A lot of their prices are very competitive. Their customer service is top notch . They responded to my e-mails usually within the hour. I highly recommend them for performance parts.

This was my first performance mod years ago, the SP. I could feel a stronger pull from 5.5k rpm+. The sound this exhaust makes is sweet, a lot better than most other 7's exhaust note. It makes it a lot more mellow growl to it.

I could feel it pulling harder through the 5k range. I also vented my stock BOV yesterday and the combination between the exhaust and BOV venting is priceless. I saw an Infinity G35 coupe on the drive home. Some younger guy in it with a white do-rag on. I pull up next to him and rev the Greddy and fire off the BOV a few times, to if he wanted to go but I guess he was scared.

I have the SP CB (my first mod way back as well), and I've been satisfied with its sound and performance. I actually thought it pulled better on primary boost than secondary (although that was with everything else stock except K&N drop-in filter). My only gripes are the drone it generates at highway cruising speeds, and the slight riceyness of the exhaust tip (I'd rather it was straight instead of expanding).
Didn't weigh mine before I installed it, but I'd guess that it's almost half the weight of the stock depleted uranium catback system. Fuggin' thing almost killed me when I finally pried it free of the hangers...

Nice... I have the SP as well... Great sound...but save those pics cuz thats the last time you'll see inside of the tip anything other than carboned up black soot!

"(I'd rather it was straight instead of expanding)."
now this is where I'm uncertain - I have done a lot of research and the SP is the closest match to my exhaust - BUT, my tip, while being of similar dimensions, is straight. (sorry for the hijack)
