what is this plug?

Ok, need quick help

Working on JDM FD3S, need to identify this wire/plug

Its on starter harness, color brown/white.

From same point goes another plug which is black/red and i think its for A/C condenser.

It is for the coolant level sensor, it connects to the emissions harness behind the power steering pump, which then connects to the sensor in the thermostat housing.
