What part of the primary injector housing do I mill to fit secondary 850cc's?

What part of the primary injector housing do I mill to fit secondary 850cc's?
Alright, I have to take this to a machine shop to get my injectors to fit, which do I Do. Take it off the top of the housing, or take it off the bottom (the part that sits inside).
ANyway, here are pics...

The top is where the 4 screw holes are . Take off .125 thou from there .What does the shop charge? I get a hamgurger if it is hand delivered , if shipped to me it is five dollars plus shipping because of the time it takes to go to the shipping place . Do not let the shop charge you to much .
