What part can I use off a miata on a fd
You joined the forum in 2007 and you only have 2 posts? Who are you? Why can't you type in complete sentences?
There are plenty of people that have done the automatic/manual transmission conversion here, search the build threads. The RX7 is its own design, so there are very few parts from Miatas that will help you. Are you a troll?

Depending on the year Miata, some of the wiring harness connectors are the same. The harness itself is obviously different, but you can scavenge a lot of usable connectors if your FD harness is damaged. While it's best just to go with a new harness, that's at least an option.
Honestly, its normally the other way around. Miata guys want FD parts.
That being said, Steering wheel and shift **** are the most common and obvious. If its a later NB the rear view mirror is a nice retro-fit into the FD. Especially if its a mazdaspeed rear view mirror. The double din radio will also work if you want a true mazda OEM radio in your FD.
