Dino oil. Don't use synthetic oil with BNR's, it'll eat up the seals if I remember correctly.

everyone has there own preference. if you still run the external oil pump you should use any non synthetic oil. make it 5w30 weight. change it often along w the filter and you will be fine.

btw, don't overfill it. the manual says the motor takes 4.3 qts w a filter change.

Read this:

I would go with 20w50. It doesn't get THAT cold in VA.

You have to run dino juice (non-synthetic) for the current BNR Stage 3s.

20w-50 non-synthetic

If you want a recommendation then Valvoline ZR-1 Racing 20w-50 is good stuff used by many. With that said pretty much any modern oil will do the job. Change at no more than 3000mile intervals. I'd suggest even more often, say change the oil every 1500miles and the filter every 3000.

Choose a filter with an anti-drainback valve. The purolator PUREone's are good and not too pricey. Spending $10+ on a filter is quite unnecessary. Anti-drainback is a good idea though since our filters are inverted, this results in dry starts withotu the valve.

Check that oil level every fill up and carry a quart at all times.

- Good Luck

If you already have things figured out, why do you need us?

It scares me that people own FDs with BNR Stage 3 yet probably don't know the radiator from the intercooler.
