What to look for when buyin a FD
what would i look for when i buy a new fd, i want to buy one fairly cheap and this guy is offering one for 12G and he lives about 30 mins away from me but i wanna know what to look for and not just buy the car cause its a RX-7?

Check for miles, if its over 80k with original, will most likely need a rebuild soon.
Run the vin for problems in past.
Check if the engine has been rebuilt.
Probably have a mechanic look the car over and test drive it if your not a wrench head.
Check for interior wear, especially on the dash if its a 93.
If he changed the oil every 1500-2000 miles or less.
Ask if there are any modifications done to the car and if he has reciepts.
*scratches head*
The rest should be common sence... ask him the oil he used, and so on... usual questions, but make sure you check miles and if its had a rebuild...!
