heated o2 sensor

Hey fellas,

Has anyone used the heated 02 sensors, and if so are there any noticeable differences?

They just heat up to useable temp faster. Why run more wires and electric drain on the system. You can wait that few minuts besides it will get to 600 degrees before the motor is up to proper temp any way.
