The sides are Mazdaspeed Type II.
Mirrors are the GT mirrors, a fad that seemed to have passed in Japan. Various companies make them.
Front looks like a modified Mazdaspeed anniversary front end. Looks like the anniversary because of the indentation around the signal lights. Looks like they added a bar in the center opening.

guys that car has a Mazdaspeed 15th anniversary front end, mazdaspeed hood, and believe it or not the sideskirts and rear fender falres are also from the 15th anniversary kit. im not sure about the wing though and the mirrors are probably what sumone else said. look at the sides and rear on this car.....now look at that car.....its proof. the only thing maybe is that the sideskirts might be the ones previous to the 15th ones becasue towards the front you cant really tell if theres that buble thing over the vent

looks nothing like mazdaspeed 15th ann. front. If it is, it looks like the front bumper was lengthened. See the opening for the IC, much larger than the picture of the grey 15th ann. kit. Also, does look like A-spec sides w/ RE over fenders. Those aren't big enough fender flares to be mazaspeed.
