Buddy Club P1, I think they're sold here by Kosei. Fairly affordable, decent quality, lightweight rims...

I know they are definately buddy club p1's and although I have never seen a kosei k1 I know that they are made by buddy club and sold over here in the u.s. for a decent price, and are supposedly pretty light.

I want to confirm and settle this once and for all ... they are the Buddy Clubs. That's the Buddy Club FD, which can be found on Buddy Club's website http://www.first-inc.co.jp/ and Buddy Club ads in magazines, though the do have a new version of the P1 out (P1 Racing) shown here:

Kosei sells the P1 in the US under the Kosei name, as some people have correctly stated, but the wheels in that picture are Buddy Club.

They look lightweight but I prefer a deep dish, they come across a little too Hondaesk.

Well they're 1-piece forged. It's not common to find a deep dish lightweight 1-piece forged wheel because usually the "dish" is a separate piece.

And yes the Kosei are less expensive in the US and that's basically because they are domestically distributed, meaning they're able to take advantage of economies of scale and ship a ton over here at a time. The same thing occured when Veilside and BOMEX opened US operations.
