i dunno bout the NSX-R, but i do know that the ITR does not come with those seats. instead, it comes with Recaro SRDs, which are these but red...

I just got word back from Recaro - they said that "Shell" is just what they call a "racing seat" - it's a custom made seat for each car. So, they aren't the same. oh well.
