What hole do you guys use to run wires through the firewall???

Hey guys,

I am on the final stages of installing my DRl for inspection! I found where all of the wire go and now i am just installing the wires so everything looks clean.

I need to run a wire to the fuse box from the front right headlight... But i could not find an easy access through the firewall. I tried the hood cable hole, but the rubber grommet didnt fit after i ran the wire through. I am only using 16 guage wire.. but it still wouldnt fit.

Where do you guys typically run your wires through the firewall???

Remember that my car is RHD and that my fuse box is on the right side of the car.

Thanks a lot.

there is a hole behind the pedals. Pull your front left fender liner and you will see the grommet hole. Just take your time and don't drill new holes in the firewall...

you can search "grommet and firewall" and you will find many links on this subject
