I know exactly how it happened... because it happened to me, but I corrected it before I started the car. I had removed the crossover pipe but forgot to stuff a rag into the Y-section. As I was removing the UIM, I dropped one of the chrome acorn nuts into the Y-section... it took me forever to fish it out but I finally did... I can only imagine what would have happened if I had not noticed where that nut went.
