Question What the HECK goes here?!

What is supposed to go here and is it bad if it's not there?

There is suppose to be a hose that drops down that does nothing. I think it's for noise suppression.

I would leave it unplugged, because the pipe that used to be there was not plugged.

Don't plug it up! It is supposed to vent air.

Don't worry about it No need since it just goes under the air box and then ends, attached to nothing

It is the exaust from the muffler for the AirPump Bypass (sort of a bov for the airpump) on most FD3s when the "hose to nowhere" (that is normally connected to the nipple that should be on the airbox there) is removed you get the infamous "MOOING" sound. Leave the hole open it is suposed to vent.
