What is this FD worth?

1993 Black/Tan Touring
Manual Transmission
153k miles
Paint in good condition (No oxidation, no major scratches)
Couple of door dings (Can be taken out by Dent Pros or similar paintless dent removal services)
Interior in good condition (Slight wear on driver seat but no rip, panels in good condition, carpet looks new, new floor mats)
Motor has ~30k on it (though theres no paperwork)
It is 100% stock except for a boost gauge and a CD deck.

Reason why I'm asking is because my insurance company is going to total the car (vandalism) and I want to know what a fair price is.
Most other high milage 1993 FD I've seen is going for ~14-17k or sometimes more.
Insurance is offering me ~10.5k and I don't think thats right.
I guess I just want to verify that I'm not assuming my car is worth more than it is.
I've been trying to fight them for months now, and I'm wondering if its worth fighting them for more money or should I just submit a complaint to the Ca Dept. of Insurance and let them do an investigation.

Seems fairly accurate maybe a little more no more than 12-13 I would guess.

I'd say your insurance company is spot on with that offer. I wouldn't pay more than $11,000 for your car.

Thanks for the replies guys, keep in mind that I'm in California (Bay Area to be specific) and FD are generally cheaper outside of California.

As someone who had to shop for a replacement frame these past weeks I saw lots of car's simialr to yours. You *could* get $11k or more if you are patient. However as a buyer I could have had equivalent cars at around $9k. I wound up with a $5k car that was clear titled and with a working engine but was Automatic, Camel Interior, and Montego Blue - all pretty serious detriments but for my needs irrelevant.

Hang around eBay and you will see. I've seen cars that went for $9k or so and were probably worth more but it seems to me that ebay favors the seller when selling an FD. If I ever sell an FD it will definitley be on ebay. The cleaner cars command a huge premium over the beaters even when it's not really taht logical (when I can restore my interior and re paint the car for a few thousand dollars almost to new why should I pay $14k for an immaculate car when I can get one more abused for $8k-$9k).
