I was doing Dale's PFC CEL mod last week (holy cow that ELD wire is hard to get at!) and when I was done and putting the PFC back in, I noticed this lone black connector. Grabbing the stock ECU+bracket, I expected to see a place to clip this wire as a ground, but alas no. Where does it go?

 

That's the test connector for the fan recall harness. It stays disconnected, it's only there to ground to test the fan recall stuff out.
