what does this vacuum hose do? (pic)

i was looking for the nipple on the lower intake manifold to plug in the other side of the pressure regulator solenoid and found this. its connected to a nipple on the LIM that looks like its in the same spot as the vacuum hose diagram shows the pressure regulator solenoid connecting to. any ideas?

it may also go to the air control valve or one of its solenoids.Find yourself a good vacuum hose routing diagram. But im pretty sure you see the block off plate on the lower intake manifold.Thats where the air control valve used to be.If that was your fpr vacuum line you would have some serious issues with fuel control.

Good point, if that's the case then the one in your hand is the FPR. Did the selunoid with the orange connector have any thing going to it( that's the FPR line).

im pretty sure the one in my hand is one of the 2 lines that goes down to the intake before the turbo (purple on the diagram above, and blue on the normal sequential diagram). the hose circled in my pic looks like its the right spot for the fpr solenoid but im not sure why that thing is there on the end. it looks like its supposed to be a T thingy with a bolt covering up one end?
