What do you think about this car?

Hi I am in the market for an FD and need some advice. I took a look at a car and let me know what you think:

1993 Mazda RX7 - Touring
Repainted
120000 on chassis
20k on rebuilt motor - Race ported, 3mm Apex seals, 6lb rotors(?)
20k on rebuilt turbos w/ larger compressor wheels
Apex Power FC w/ commander
HKS Downpipe
Greddy FMIC with all hardpipes, lines, and elbow
100lb Fuel Reg
Cosmo 20B Fuel Pump
Apex N1 Exhaust
Exedy clutch w/ lightened flywheel
19" Volk Racing Rims
RE Amemiya Center Pod w/ gauges (boost, temp, etc.)
Fully tuned
Clean Title

How much would you think this car should sell for? I havent run a compression test yet, but boost pattern is good (10-8-10) and vaccum is good (around 17). No 5th gear grinding, no clunking, no smoking, no leaking.

Thanks guys, I know that this sounds n00bish, but if you could help me out I would really appreciate it.

This would be my first experience with a high HP RWD car, but I have had experience with high (relatively) HP FWD cars.

I would say around 17k would be a fair price if the car is in great condition

Do you know who did the work and tuning? The chassis has a fair amount of miles, but 20k isn't too much on a motor, although with a race port smogging the car might be difficult, thats something you should check out, if I recall correctly it is the seller's responsibility. 19" Volks are pretty big, you might want to check out if they hit the inside of the wheel wells at some point in time. Also, how good was the repaint? What condition is the interior in? Tires? I don't think I would pay more then $18k or $19K if they were in great condition and well kept up, thats just kind of a lot of miles on the chassis, and the rebuild isn't brand new. It seems like you can get single turbo cars that have about 100k miles and are in very good shape for around $20k so I would expect you to pay less. Good luck with getting a seven, I looked for several months until I found the color and year I wanted. Josh

I dont know who did the paint work, but the tuning was done by XS Engineering. I am pretty sure that with the race port on the engine that smogging the car will be impossible. The 19" inch Volks look nice, no rubbing, running on stock suspension. The repaint looks good, it was a recent repaint, but I can tell it isn't show quality or anything. The interior is not in that great of shape. So something around 17K sounds resonable? I appreciate the help, BTW is the car is unable to be smogged due to the race port, how will I be able to register it? Offroad vehicle I am guessing? Thanks.

Race port = Very difficult to smog, but not impossible.... if you have a tuneable ecu, have someone lean the **** out of it, and then don't boost, and dump some alchohol in the tank, and maybe some for the smog guy.. cross figers... and you might pass
