Does it turn over but wont start or does it not do anything at all?

If the lights don't work or anything its a battery.

I had figured you had already looked at it and it wouldn't start.

It's a 94 PEP/PEG(my favorite) and I would think they would atleast try to jump start it. I mean if they get it started they can sell it for more so they probably couldn't get it running. I'd hope for the worst and say blown motor. Might pay around $5k for it.

I would just ask for the mileage? Anything else may not even matter.

search around, their is an entire 20b forum... Its VERY expensive to do. as for pricing to replace our engines, just look at a few websites to see.

Doing a 20b conversion is one of those things where if you have to ask how much you can't afford it. If you pay 5K for for the car, you'll pay about the same for a new/remand/rebuilt motor plus including labor.
