In general, i like my FD.
But if there is one thing on the exterior that i do not like is the stock 93' front bumper. (don't like the Miata type lights)
That why i am going with the 99-00 OEM front bumper and lip.
Other than that we all know the FD requires high maintance...

I love the handling, probably why I bought the car. I just hate that so many places wont work on rotarys.

I love that it's rare lest 3rd gens anyways, good handling, fast, gets attention of others, all over good looking and great car.

Hate that it's getting older, more milles put on it, price it takes to fix it.

I love the handling, the looks and the rotary engine (the deisgn is brilliant).

I don't like the fact it is a Japanese car because Japanese cars are not appreciated/valued as much as European models, even when they are better.

I feel the same way as most. I love my with the ut most desire and would never get rid of her. I love the over desighn of the car the inetior the body and the mechanics of the FD although the vac can be a little extensive. The joy the FD brings when driving is unreal. I love the FACT that the car is 11 years old and still it has the appel of a modern day european sports car the body style will never die and with more and more otf them being totaled the rearer they get wich means the less likly you will see them on the road and the more people will not reconize them.

I can honestly say the only thing that I dont like about my FD is that the drivers seat on the right side tends to hurt my leg after driving her for about a hour to a hour and a half. Other than that I would have to agree that the placement of the fuel filter is a bad location but I can deal with it.

I think I have a relationship with my FD that is compareable to none other.

The FD is bye far the most passionate car I know and with her high maintenace she is still well worth every penny of it.

I cant think of any negatives of owning it other than hearing:

"Wow, Mazda finally made a hard top miata"
or
"Mini Viper, Nice"
or
"Nice vette"
or
"thats the FNF car"
or
having to explain the engine to somebody that knows nothing even about piston engines when they say "how many cylinders in it".

Positives? everything else.

How funny, someone asked me that last night.

Things I love:
- I am not an average guy. I want to be different. I don't want to use the same engine everyone else does, even though it may cost a little extra.
- The looks and attraction it gives(some fat chick even threw me a kiss the other day)
- Fast, although I haven't floored it yet.
- Great handling

Things I hate:
- Damn clunk noise!!
- I stare at the Temp gauge more than at the road.
- Some check engine comes in and out(Crank Sensor.. anyone on this one?)
- Hi-reving Fart Cans approaching. I just simply roll up the windows... that pisses them off!!

I love it because not everyone's driving one.

Rare color combo, silver/red (1 of 20 made).

It has only 34K mi., stock and in showroom condition.

It looks awesome just sitting in the garage.

My owner's manual is personalized with the design criteria goals for the car, handwritten and signed by Takaharu Kobayakawa.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

I hate that I don't drive it more.

I havn't bought stickier tires and been to Thunderhill yet.

I don't have a second one to modify and drive the crap out of....

Sevenstock Seven is almost a year's wait.
