Unhappy what to do with my project car........

well ive been debating wether or not to throw in the towel on my 20b FD project. i have finally accumulated most of the parts i need... but now find myself with a lack of time, and space to do the work. sadly, the wallet is quickly dwindling as well so im starting to think about selling everything and just sticking with my (other) stock FD.

anyway, what i have accumulated over the last year and a half is:
-a silver 93 chassis
-stock 20b w/ all wiring etc
-subframe and engine mounts
-downpipe
-knightsports metalit cat
-intake piping from turbos w/ greddy BOV
-cosmo fuel pump
-full black interior
-black rear seats
-94 dash/wiring/gauge cluster
-99 spec rims
-99 spec steering wheel
-99 spec lights
-mazdaspeed lether shift ****
-and a bunch of other little goodies

anyway, im just on the fence as of what to do... keep going or throw in the towel and sell everything off. on one hand the car will be fun when completed, on the other hand ill be able to stop pinching pennys, and dumping more and more money into the car. not to mention that i already have a stock FD to keep a smile on my face! oh well... i guess ill just see how it goes. -heath

you have no idea how much more money you'll have to spend to get that thing running right. If you're starting to worry about it already I say there's no choice but to give all the parts away to me and live with the stock 93

depends on what you are going to do with the money once you sell everything.....if you are going to invest it and make more money, then sell everything. you can take on the project at a later date with your return from your investment. if not, PROCEED!!!!!!!!! and never look back

exactly..you're already deep in the project, selling everything would have killed your time and effort you had already put in..not to mention another waste of time when you do decide to take on this project again, you will have to start over..

my suggestion is to keep going..i mean unless you are going in debt or something, then f that, sell the parts but if you can still be able financially, continue my son..

Never give up! Never surrender!

just take your time with the project if your running out of funds. all the money you spent im sure you dont miss. so keep at it! would be nice to see a 20b that is pretty local to me.
