First off, not everyone experiences boost creep. You'll really never know if you are going to have it until it happens (or doesn't happen).

Second, you can remove boost creep (if you have it) with other methods besides porting your wastegate (i.e. exhaust restrictors).

Will the profec b and power fc be able to control the boost creep if i do have it? Would it even matter because the wastegate is too big anyway? Echaust restrictor sound kind of simple is it just a plate between the dp and mp?

A boost controller can't do anything if you are experiencing boost creep. Boost creep is basically when the wastegate is just overwelmed. Boost contollers only controll the wastegate more effectively so if the wastegate is already at 100% and you are having creep, you have to port the wastegate or add some restriction in the exhaust.

Basically, yes. If you have a 3" exhaust, you put a restrictor plate in the exhaust line to add a little restriction (i.e. start with the least amount of restriction and work your way down to what will control the boost... start with 2.75", then go 2.50" etc).

if i do have creep what type of metal would i use I a steelworker in the seabees so I could make one. I would like to save the mp and wait till i go single but my power fc is allready mapped at the rx7 store for the mods i have im scared to run the power fc without the midpipe will it be ok? I called the store and talked to someone other than jason and they said it would be ok but run a little rich.

You should be fine to run everything without the midpipe. However, you really should have your car retuned with everything installed. A preset map may or may NOT be close to how your car performs.

As far as the restrictor plate, just pick something which can withstand the exhaust heat and you'll be fine.

304 or 316 steel plate is fine. And like Mahjik said, running without the midpipe is not a problem - you'll just be a little extra rich (and we're always running rich). Preset maps are never exact. They are safe, but not what I call being tuned.
